Welcome to ILoveSushi.com! In our restaurants we are proud to have been serving fresh and delicious sushi and Japanese cuisine since 1986. As part of that, we have focused on serving our food in a health-conscious manner. As our society begins to care more about health issues, let me tell you about some of ingredients that we feature, ensuring that our customers keep returning to see us, happy and healthy, year after year.
- We started using filtered water for drinking and cooking long before your Brita filter became popular!
- We believe in all the benefits that seafood offers to our bodies, and only provide the most fresh fish and shellfish for our customers.
- While we Japanese have known about sushi’s best-friend, Tofu, for years, we are pleased to offer it here, regularly on our menu. Our organic tofu has absolutely no cholesterol and is very low in sodium. Tofu is a terrific substitute for meat, poultry, and cheese, and while it is high in energy-boosting protein, it is quite low in fat. All in all, our tofu dishes are not just nutritional, but also tremendously appetizing!
- In our fried dishes, we use only rice bran oil. It’s not very well-known, but rice bran oil is cholesterol free and has triple the vitamin E of olive oil!
